FEE POLICY

A Tariff Regulated by Government

Almost all services provided by notaires in France are subject to a common tarification set by the French Government. This tariff is updated every two years to reflect the real costs of production in balance with the viability of the notarial offices offering a public service throughout the whole national territory. The actual tariff is ruled by the arrêté du 26 février 2016 which can be consulted on legifrance.gouv.fr.

Notaires are compelled by law to apply the tariff set by Government for all the deeds that it mentions. Some services though are not included in the national tariff and are subject to a conventional fee.

Rebates

Article A. 444-174 of the French code de commerce provides the possibility for notarial offices to grant rebates in some cases. Our office does not offer any particular rebate at the moment.
